Introduction

Wouldn’t It Be Nice is a bright, full-bodied DIPA brewed in collaboration with Beer Hut. Built around a heavy modern hop charge, it brings layers of tropical fruit, citrus and soft stone fruit character while keeping the body smooth and balanced.

The malt base gives the beer enough structure to carry the hops without becoming heavy or sweet. At 6.5% ABV, it drinks with the softness and depth you want from a DIPA, while staying fresh, rounded and very easy to enjoy.

Flavour Profile

Expect bright tropical fruit, juicy citrus and soft stone fruit up front, with a smooth malt backbone supporting the hop intensity. Citra Cryo, El Dorado Cryo, Citra Dynaboost and Krush Hyperboost bring a bold modern hop profile, while Columbus adds a firmer base note to help balance the fruit character.

The finish is smooth, lightly resinous and clean, keeping the beer drinkable despite its full flavour and strength.

How It Was Made

This DIPA was brewed with Beer Hut using a focused malt bill of Golden Promise, Dextrin and Caramalt to create a soft, full-bodied base. The hop profile was built using a mix of classic, cryo and advanced hop products to deliver high impact aroma and flavour.

Fermentis US-05 was chosen for a clean fermentation, allowing the hop character to lead while keeping the finish balanced.
