How It Was Made

We brewed Prime Time of Your Life with a focus on fermentation character and balance. A classic Belgian ale yeast was chosen to bring out spicy, fruity esters without dominating the palate. The beer was conditioned to develop clarity, carbonation, and a dry finish.
