Introduction

This Is The One is our take on a gluten-free pale ale — crafted to deliver juicy hop aroma and flavour on a smooth, approachable base. Starting with top-quality malt and a generous hop selection, the result is a soft, balanced beer with plenty of character despite being gluten free.

Flavour Profile

Expect vibrant citrus, tropical and floral hop notes up front, supported by a soft malt foundation. The palate is refreshing and smooth, with light bitterness that makes this beer easy to enjoy on its own or alongside food. 

How It Was Made

We brewed This Is The One with a carefully selected grain blend that retains great flavour while being gluten friendly. A generous hop bill of Cascade, Citra and DynaBoost Simcoe gives the beer its juicy character, while clean fermentation lets those aromatics come through without distraction.
