Rich, complex beers that evolve over time
Low Land Oud Bruin is a fermentation-led brown ale shaped by time, oak, and secondary bottle fermentation. It’s designed to be complex without being hard work — balanced, comforting, and rewarding to spend time with.
A classic Oud Bruin built around balance rather than extremes. Sweet malt richness meets refined acidity, with notes of caramel, dark fruits (raisin, plum, cherry), soft vanilla, gentle wood character, and a subtle clove-like spice. The finish is tart yet smooth, with quiet warmth and a wine-like depth from patient ageing.
This beer was brewed as a traditional Flemish brown ale and matured patiently to allow its flavours to integrate naturally.
