Introduction

Any Kind of Weather is a refreshing New Zealand-inspired pils fermented cold for a crisp, dry finish. NZ Nelson Sauvin hops bring lifted character and complexity, making this a standout pils that’s both drinkable and distinct. 

Flavour Profile

This pils offers bright aromas of crushed gooseberry, white wine and soft tropical fruit, including passion fruit, lychee and mango. On the palate it remains clean and dry, with a lively bitterness that keeps each sip refreshing. 

How It Was Made

We brewed Any Kind of Weather with a classic pilsner malt base and fermented it cold to achieve clarity and a dry finish. The star here is the New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops, added to bring aromatic complexity and fruit nuance without heaviness.
